Miles Michael

Miles arrived today (sharing Daddy's birthday!!!) at a healthy 7lbs, 10oz. I'll add pics when I have 'em!!!

Anya

I'm going to try to do a brief update for each child since Christmas since that's where I left off....

School is doing great....she just loves it and does very well. She is one of the youngest in the class, which only shows in her desire to play. When I talked to her teacher about her coloring (the work she does in school pales in comparison to what she was doing months ago at home), her response is that "Anya likes to PLAY". She rushes through her work so she can get to the playing- who wouldn't? Anyway, she did great on her kindergarten practice evaluation (96/100 and both things she missed were things she really knows) so she'll be ready in the fall

ANya currently wants to marry: 1.) Daddy, 2.) Baz, 3.) Carter 4.) Nicky, 5.) Benny We constantly inform her that she just can't marry Daddy or Baz, but she keeps including them. Her relationship with Carter is solid, but she only gets to see him once a week when she goes to Colleens and that will end when she starts Kindergarten in the fall. SHe and Nicky have a love/hate relationship which is really cute. Ever since he started at Colleen's, they would fight and play and I got lots of stories of all the things "bad" Nicky would do. Thank goodness, she seems to have forgotten that nickname and they're getting along great now. In fact, each day Nicky and Benny fight over who gets to sit at the table with Anya at school!

Anya has finally realized that it's good to wear clothes at home. Problem is that she only wants jammies at home. I'll take it, though- who doesn't want to wear jammies all the time?

And for our announcement.....

In case there's anyone out there who couldn't tell by the green aura of my face and the cranky look in my eyes....we're expecting our newest member of the family, too. Baby#3 is due at the end of September, although I'm ready to be done with pregnancy already. I've spent about a week and a half on daily Zofran and still puke fairly frequently and ALWAYS feel as though I'm going to toss my cookies. NOT a treat.

I did have an early ultrasound last week and saw our little "bean" (gotta find a new nn for this one since bean is taken!) and so far it looks good. Right now I'm just taking it day by day (sometimes hour by hour) and doing the basics. I sure hope the hyperemesis eases like it did with Anya's pregnancy around week 13-14 and not the whole time as it did with Baz.

I am going to try much harder to update here with the newest things the kids are doing. Every day they do so many incredibly adorable things that I'm sure I'll forget many of if I don't put them down here. Wish me luck!

Congratulations!!!!!

Congrats to Beth, Ben and Isabella- the newest male member of our family was born today!!! I don't have more details- they're deciding on the name, so I'll wait for the final decision before I post it, as well as his stats. My mom saw a short video of him and said he's a redhead just like mom, dad and big sis and looks very healthy. Beth is also doing well. I'll add more details and hopefully pics as soon as I receive them.
